Apartment was very light and spacious! Location is perfect as just step away from night market and all restaurants . Close to the beach .

Nice breakfast. Pleasant room. Long swimming pool & kids swimming pool. Most of all, great location!!! 10min walk to Kata beach! Many places to eat and shop around. Night Market was fun and exciting.

Not many staff were smiling. Lack of service mind.

Wonderful

It is a modern hotel in a great central location with excellent friendly and helpful staff. Room service was excellent for snacks. The room that I stayed in was a 1 bedroom apartment and was fitted with all kitchen appliances which were in spotless condition. It is 10 mins walk to the beautiful Kata Yai beach. I would certainly stay again on any future visit to Kata.

Would stay here again!

+ Decent space + Clean and modern + Solid amenities, althought th gym equipment needs to be fixed and upgraded. + Staff + Location + Great value overall and better than many 5-star hotels

Minor issues: - No double glazed windows so occasional noise can disturb - Construction going on often - Garbabe emptying around 4 woke us up several times (could be fixed with better windows).

2 things that i dont like was, that soup for hands is...

2 things that i dont like was, that soup for hands is missing, and the second one. Receptionists english is very bad. They dont understand, and cominication is very bad. If you need some information, at reception you dont get them, but they was very sweet.

CONSTRUCTION SITE OPPOSITE OF HOTEL - BESIDE THAT NICE HOTEL

The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The swimming pool and gym on the roof top is nice. Breakfast is delicious and has everything one needs. Lobby and aisles are nice and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and check-in and check-out both smooth. The hotel is in a nice location surrounded by restaurants and massage shops as well as a night-market nearby.

WARNING: Opposite of the room is a construction site. The construction noise started fairly early in the morning, but at least the windows had decent sound insulation. We would not want to open the curtain as either workers would look into our room and see us. and on the other side the view of the construction building was horrible, so we stayed in the room with artificial light. Maybe in a few months from now this will be better as you might at least look at a finished hotel building, but I think the rooms on the other side of the aisle will have a better view. Same however applies to the roof top pool and bar, as the construction is higher than the pool there will be plenty of workers looking at you in swim clothes and ruin the peace with hammering sounds. If you just look for a room for the night time and are an early riser then there should be no problem for you to book this hotel. Or you should insist to move to the other side of the aisle or even better other building. If you plan to spend time at the pool and in the room then DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Pool view is amazing, room was big and comfortable, 5 minute walk to kata beach, service was very good and friendly.

Restaurant menu should show the total price and the menu would be better if it included more pictures. The pool chairs and cushions seemed a little deteriorated.

Great rooms, super equipped, stylish and cozy.

Great rooms, super equipped, stylish and cozy. Balconies big, pool area comfortable and beautiful, room service and cleaning literally great. Location is Great. Had some of the best food in all Thailand in the restaurants around the hotel. Massage, Café, Night Plaza, vendors, everything is in front of the Hotel. Beach around 7-10 minutes walking. Main Street 3 minutes walking.

Staff‘s English is okay. It’s hard to communicate, but all okay. What you should know is that Phuket is full of Russian people which makes the shops, restaurants and everything around you aware since everything is displayed in Russian. I found it quite funny to be the only non Russian tourist.

Clean, new, affordable

Really nice hotel. Staff were friendly, room was even bigger than I expected and was very comfortable and clean with a nice balcony, too. The swimming pool on the roof, with it's own small bar, was great. The gym was small, simple but had equipment to use. Towels were provided for the pool and the beach, too. The location was great, lots of places to eat and drink nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Upgrade on room. Nice pool. Secure parking. Great pillows. Spacious accommodation. 2 pm check out.

View could have been better. 4 pm check out was not available free, though that is ok.

Very nice rooms with two A/C, Balkony, Shower & Bathtube, Living room and Kitchen area! Pool clean and good for cool down after the sunbath! Gym sufficient to do some good workout! Towels for Beach available at Reception, as well as for Pool at the Pool! Beach just 5 minutes walk from Hotel, Restaurants and Coffee very close as well as bike rental and Family Mart! WIFI was very good! TOP HOTEL!

Construction Site next to the Hotel, but absolutely not disturbing if you have a room at the backside of the building, or if you‘re just in Hotel over night!

A very nice hotel in the middle of a construction site with all rooms effected by noisy construction

The hotel building and the staff are excellent. Central location makes it easy to walk or ride to beach, town & restaurants.

Zero Prior warning about the CONSTRUCTION SITE. Lack of a price that reflected the discomfort caused by it. After booking and paying (low season rate), I saw on arrival the construction site on arrival. There was heavy banging, grinding and concrete cutting/drilling early each morning and usually until after dark each day.

A good and affordable hotel in a good location

The room was very big and value for money. The hotel is new and everything in the room looked new and hardly used. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was close to Kata beach and we could get there by walking in about 10 minutes.

We stayed at the second building away from the reception and the walkway between the two buildings was initially closed and we were told to walk through the basement carpark. We complained about this at the reception after check-in and they swiftly opened the walkway for us so it made it much more convenient to get to our room. The breakfast had only a few choices.
